The DV5 is the name of the new Aiptek digital camcorder. This is the first one in their range to use MPEG4 as a format to record videos. This camcorder is also known by the name of the DV3500 Aiptek camcorder.
It is capable of recording up to 3 times longer than many other camcorders which use AVI as a recording format. Using MPEG4, this camcorder will produce a higher quality of picture and sound but still keep the files small.
