Why Google’s blocking feature makes your web content even more important

In recent months, Google has rolled out to all its users the ability to block results from specific websites, having initially launched this feature in the US. The blocking option appears when you click on a site and then return to the page of search engine results. The feature assumes that the web content may not have been suitable, and offers the option to block that particular site from appearing in your results in future.
